- Justice PR Ramachandra Menon was sworn in as Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
- Governor Anandiben Patel administered him the oath of office and secrecy at a function here at Raj Bhawan.
- He was earlier a judge in the Kerala High Court.
