CONTEXT

• India Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the Secretaries of Central government in New Delhi today. During the meeting, Mr Modi is likely to discuss the agenda of governance and seek their active involvement in the administration.
• Mr Modi used to hold such meetings with top government officials in his first term also.
