Context:

• The Indian Air Force signed a ₹300-crore deal with Israel for around 100 Spice-2000 bombs.
• These bombs were used during the February 26 air strikes in Pakistan’s Balakot.
• The bombs would reportedly be delivered to the Air Force in the next three months.
• This is reportedly the first defence deal to be inked by the new government.
