  • The Mumbai metro completed five years of operation in June 2019.
  • During the last five years of operation, Metro has achieved running the service without a single case of an accident or any fatality.
  • The metro completed 6.17 lakh trips transporting 54 Crore commuters.
  • The present metro line connects Versova western part of the metropolis to Ghatkopar in the central line.
